“Personal Empowerment” Coaching

Imagine having the guidance and encouragement to become a better version of yourself. Whether you are dealing with personal or professional challenges, having a life coach who has weathered similar storms can help you reach your ultimate goals in each area of your life.

At The Entrefluential Life, our approach to life coaching begins with a self-esteem assessment. About eighty percent of the U.S. population suffers from low self-esteem (LSE) and many aren’t even aware of it, much less how to combat it. That is just unacceptable. Assessment results change every time because we are dynamic human beings, not static statues. The first assessment gives us clarity on where we are now, allows us a baseline to understand what may have been the contributing factors in our upbringing and environmental conditions. From there, we begin daily positive affirmations to reprogram our subconscious minds. In essence, we are replacing negative programming with positive programming to achieve new outcomes (an optimal life).

Each one-hour coaching session follows a consistent pattern:

  1. Discovery Check-in. What’s going on in your life?
  2. Planning Check-in. Where are you going? (We determine your trajectory of life goals and plans.)
  3. Performance Check-in. How are you going to get there? (We help develop your performance habits.)
  4. Present Happiness Check-in. How much is your present happiness worth? ($1, $10, $100, $1K, $100K, $1 Million

Option B

Professional Development & Small Business Coaching

When I was studying commercial real estate development in grad school, our professor shared an old saying in Greece, “If you don’t have anyone with grey hair on your team, go out and find one.” Business coaches can provide you with an outside perspective, based on years of entrepreneurial experience and education, that may be substantially valuable to your business. How much would it be worth to have better business strategies that yield greater profits? What would you exchange for better leadership skills that can improve the way your teams perform on the job? How would you feel if you could call your business coach to help you gain a better mindset when you are feeling overwhelmed by your workload or you get thrown off-balance by a pressing issue? These are just a few of the things we can do for you as your business coach.

Similar to life coaching, we start with a DISC assessment to determine your business strengths & weaknesses. From there, we take a holistic approach to business development, working on your personal & professional habits. We follow the same hourly session structure as above, but we prioritize business skill development in the following areas: sales, marketing, leadership, human resources, legal, accounting, finance, technology, confidence building, goal setting, time management, vision casting, project management, strategic management, operations management, media production, and real estate portfolio development.

“Done for You” Consulting Services

Business consultants are typically known for their ability to solve problems. Rather than pay for their “advice” on how to solve the problems, business owners that have the money, but not the time, will pay consultants to come in and fix the problem. As problem solvers, our specialty areas include: setting up “back office systems” for small business startups, setting up supplemental income strategies to diversify your income pillars, real estate acquisitions & asset management (real estate investments and businesses), and estate planning (exit strategies) for retirement.

Next Steps…

Schedule a Discovery Session

If you have a particular problem in your business or want guidance on matters concerning your personal life, we would be honored to serve you in helping to identify your “priority” issues and help you decide on a course of action that will meet your goals and objectives. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation to schedule recurring sessions. However, if you find value in our session, then we can discuss our weekly 1:1 or small group coaching sessions.
